Thank you, Mar’yana.
Well as i said, i am at the beginning but i can already feel more peaceful. I really started seeing others like they are good people no matter what they do, and i feel that i am starting to become full of love.
Sometimes i am having digestive problems, but after i meditate and insist on clearing the Nabhi chakra, it’s like my body is all balanced-all the pains and unconfortable sensations are gone.
I know there are some classes in Bucharest, but right now i do not have the possibility to attend them. So i would like to ask you if this online guide is enough.
Also, i am not feeling the cool breeze in my left palm, also no tingling. What does this mean ? Do have a blockage on my left channel ?
Well, if i’ll have any other questions, i will hot hesitate to ask.
Thank you again ~ Namaste

Dear Marina,
you can start with the online course and see how it works for you – it might be enough for some time… It is likely, that you will need to start coming to the local programs at some point, after you finish the online course and establish the level of meditation experience suggested here, if you want to grow deeper. It might be a good idea to keep in touch with some local yogis, even if you cannot make it to the regular programs for now, in case there are some special events that you could attend and enjoy…
Not feeling anything in the left hand indicates that there is some imbalance in the left channel, but I would not worry too much about it for now, since you have just started – with time and regular meditation you should gradually start feeling things on the left palm as well. You can try some of the balancing techniques for the left channel, if you like, here they are: http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..t-channel/
Enjoy the meditation! :)
