Hello all,

My name is Jill & I am a workaholic turned stay @ home mom. I have 2 beautiful children ages 6 & 4. I have been on meds for axiety for many years now. I am really intrested in learning to find my innerself rather than relying on such medications. I want to learn spiritually how to deal with life without being frustrated or short of patience with what life gives to me. I have always been a real active person who never really stopped to enjoy the greater gifts of life. I want to be a better person for my husband & children, hence why I have looked & seeked out other ways to achieve this. I will admit I have a hard time just relaxing & letting go, so even for the class 1 it was a bit of a challange for me. I have not been able to experience what is expected, but I will continue to do the lessons/classes & see if I can eventually feel the cool breeze & devine innerself. Any advice or assitance is always greatly apprciated.

Welcome to the course, and thanks for sharing.

It takes courage to be honest about how we can improve ourselves, and it’s great that you are on this journey. Your approach to the course is great, just continue with the lessons – if you can, try to be regular with the meditations (1-2 times/day), and give yourself lots of time and patience. I hope you will find this course helpful – many have found that Sahaja meditation has helped a great deal with such conditions.
