I’m new to this site and am very excited to make the most of it. I started meditating a long time ago and dropped the practice. I’ve since started feeling depressed, frustrated and irritated. I how grounded and peaceful I felt when I was meditating and decided to start up again. I’m looking to further my knowledge, which isn’t much, and hope this is the first step in my journey.
Any advice or suggestions for a meditation routine, for lack of a better word, I’d appreciate it.

welcome! Hope things go well for you with our online course, it’s been built to gradually guide you from the initial awakening of your inner energy, through the practice of daily meditation, towards establishing your balance and being able to feel your own imbalances and to correct them as they arise. So the only advince for now is: enjoy the course, and let us know if you have ady questions or difficulties on the way.
Another thing that we keep suggesting to everyone who comes by is to also try our free local classes, if there are any in your area. We have quite a few programs running in differnt locations both in the Bay area and around LA, so if you live somether around those two, you might find a program that is quite convenient for you to attend, which woud give you the benefit of personal live communication with instructors and other people learning to meditate.
