Hello everyone;

My name is Seth and I am new to this website and meditation. I tried deep breathing to reduce stress and that seemed to work for several years. I have heard that meditation helps to deal with daily stress and thought I would like to try this. I have done class 1 for the last couple of days and this has been a tremendous help. I am ready to go on to class 2.

I would like to thank those who put this website together and their continued support to make this resource available. Everyone today deals with stress in various forms in their life and it is awesome that others are so willing to help.

My thoughts and best wishes to everyone.

Indeed stress makes our lives terrible if you dont have any tools to handle it. Meditation is a great way of managing stress and gaining the real meaning of our lives.
