I am starting your course. I need all the help I can get. I have a very stressful life and need to find greater balance. These days, my biggest challenge is TIME.

Luckily for you this is one of the most time-efficient meditation techniques :). Really, just 10-20 minutes a day, if done regularly, has brought great results for many people I know.
