Hello everybody,

First of all I would like to wish you all a very nice day.

Today I started  the online meditation course and I really enjoyed spending some time just being aware of myself, my breathing and letting go of my fatigue.

I am planning to do this on a daily basis and it feels like I have started a new adventure.

I am 51 years old and a mother of six, who has some experience with meditation in the past but never made a habit of meditating.

So..I am really excited and will describe my experiences as I go through the classes.

Namaste
