Greetings My Brothers and Sisters – I AM called Emilio. I’ve recently begun the experience of Sahaja Yoga and find it the most practical and most useful tool or process I have or can remember ever experiencing. I am looking forward to aditional experience and the joy of meeting others both here in forums as well as weekly meetings in my area. Your words are all accepted with and in love.

One of the things that has been elevated in my own consciousness is my respond-ability toward oppression and social injustice. I reflect knowing that the manifestations that I see reflected in the material world are the direct effect of the cause of imbalance from within. As I pursue integrating role and soul I seek ways of helping others come to a point of realizing the need to go within. For some their attention is on righting the wrongs, for some it is vengence and retalliation, for some it is having retrobution or payment for deeds experienced in the past. I realize that I AM here for a purpose and in fulfilling that purpose I am conscious that I cannot get stuck in what has happened and that I can flow with what is happening and what could happen. One has said, if you recognize oppression and do nothing, you have taken the role of the oppressor. Another has said that we are gathering or scattering, building up or tearing down. I reflect upon my intent realizing the impact might be differerent for different people at different times and for different reasons. I hope my rambling makes sense as the fingers are simply moving now. The meditation is helping me better appreciate my own energy source and its connection to all others. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. I seek to better know and understand mySelf. ~Namaste ~ I AM Emilio.
