Hi everyone,

I’m new to this sort of this, but it’s something I feel strongly pulled towards. I guess I’ll introduce myself here.
I love to write. Words are beautiful and expressive, and I write a lot of poetry. I love to read poetry as well. I find it to be a very emotional experience. I’m left-handed, right-brain dominant, and full of passion for things that I rarely have the opportunity to share with people. I believe that very few people hear music the way I do. It’s nourishment for the spirit.

Sometimes I feel like I am full of love, and I have nowhere to direct it. that’s a complicated issue. I’m a vegan, I feel that compassion is extremely important. When you look into the eyes of a cow in a factory farming situation, you can see the sadness in their eyes. I believe animals have spirits just like we do. I suffer from cluster headaches. This is described by headache specialists as being the most severe pain a human being can endure. I can personally attest to this; I’ve never felt worse pain. I’ve broken bones, suffered 2nd degree burns where skin sloughed off my fingers, I had open heart surgery and I remember the pain in my chest which they wired together after splitting it for the operation. The headaches are worse. It’s a rare condition. I mention it because it’s a major part of my life. All of the things I am saying are the primary influences in my life right now.

I am currently recovering from a 6-year addiction to opioids. It’s difficult and I have lost a lot. But I believe with meditation and other positive changes I can begin healing. Maybe I’ll even forgive myself someday.

I believe that I have recently experienced a Kundalini awakening. It was one of the most intense experiences of my life, though it was somewhat brief. But for the first time in my entire life, which has been full of sadness and loss, I am at peace.

Today I can rest. Hello everyone, my name is Sam.
