Hi,

Just on my 3rd day of the guided meditation, and although very relaxing, I am finding it very hard to maintain my concentration on the breath. I’m sure it will improve but for now it’s not good. Any tips to assist me with this.

Hi,

It is normal to have challenges at the beginning. With daily practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation, you will gradually realize that the gap between 2 thoughts increases. This allows you to have more focus and attention. First thing is to achieve thoughtless awareness. Concentration will improve along with it.

Just allow a little bit more time, continue the online course and try to enjoy the meditations.

i am finding great results in this sahaja meditation. i am hoping that i practice daily these results will carry on and not vanish as the novelty wears off
