hello i have a facial paralysie since last week end. doctors can’t understand the reasons why but I know and I keep telling them, I am soo anxious and stressed all the time. but they don’t believe it is the cause.
Now, i am trying to find a way to relax my mind and body. I hope it will help confused

Dear Lindarosa,

Facial paralysie is usually due to excessive physical or mental activity. You should take time to rest your body and mind. You shouldnt involve in everything and react to them. Sahaja Yoga Meditation will create this new awareness and serenity if you meditate regularly. Meditation will relex your nerves, soothen them and calm your mind.
