I am so glad that i looked up meditation free courses.just listening to some of it really describes me,what is my purpose,stressed out badly and really had a hard time understanding some of the stuff they are talking about

Welcome to the course! I assume you were referring to the videos and I hope that gradually they will get easier for you to understand. Please feel free to re-watch them so that everything makes sense before you continue to move forward. Wishing you a great journey and nice meditations. smile

Hi everybody,

I don’t want to make a new topic to introduce myself, so I’ll just use this one, I hope you don’t mind.

Lately, I had very difficult time with loads of stressing situations and I felt really down – still tired, with bad mood and I had problems with breathing, sometimes I got angry without any reason. Maybe I was depressed, I don’t know. The worst thing was when I got injured my spine – it ruined all of my plans, but it also gave me time to think and to read some books and articles about how to improve your life and relationships etc. and during this “studies” I have found these pages “by accident”. The first thing I thought was “this is it”. So I started with the classes (I am finishing class 1 now) and it is great experience. I have sometimes difficulties with understanding, since I’m not native English speaker, but somehow, it makes it even better. Don’t know why.

Today, I really felt the cold breeze above my head pretty strong for the first time. I also felt little vibrations in my palms.

I feel relaxed and calm and happy, while trying meditations, so I’m looking forward to next

It is wonderful to hear you are enjoying the course and sensitive to the vibrations. We hope you are diving deep into your meditations and after finishing this course you can meditate in a group at a class near where you live!
