First I would like to thank you for a fantastic site. I am new, both here and in experiencing yoga and meditation overall, and I am convinced that this is the way to enlightening en inner peace.

I have a couple of questions:
1. I’ve read on the threads that it is not very positive to be practicing other ways of meditation during this course? I’ve only been doing this a few weeks but I’m feeling calm and in peace when i meditate (i’ve been doing it over mantras i’ve learn from kundalini or just be guided meditations). Should I stop and just do the meditations in the classes?

2. The meditation in class 1 ends after 8:49 minutes and ends quite abruptley, what shuld I do after it? I’ve felt very calm and wanted continue with just listening to the music, is that alright?

Hello and welcome!

The reason we recommend taking a break with the other practices is to get a good sense of the benefits you are getting out of Sahaja meditation exclusively, rather than from other things you are doing. Of course it is up to you, but you may find it simpler just to focus on this course for now, just for a few weeks or so, then decide. I’m glad you’re feeling calm and peaceful, and hope it continues to work for you.

Definitely, carry on as long as you like with the meditation. You can listen to the music from the class, and there’s also nice music here: (just choose “Meditation Music” from the drop-down menu at the top of the playlist)
