I am a 43 yr old mother of 2 in a blended family.  I am seeking to know myself better so I can begin making better choices in my life direction. Finding time to have the quiet I need to meditate is going to be my biggest challenge.

My mate has reciently been diagnosed with severe depression and is now being medicated to deal with it. He believes that anything spiritual is hokum. I believe strongly in the power of spirit and am going to work at finding my link to it again after a long time of ignoring the call of my soul.

Heres to opening a door that will not be closed.

Hello Mar’yana, first I would like to wish you all a happy 2012!

It is the first time (since yesterday) that I am trying to organise myself. I dowloaded the whole course to my computer and I tryed to copy the classes to my mobile – but unfortunately it does not accept the copy. So everywhere I am  I can use it for the good: meditation. Please let me know how I can have it into my mobile (as MP3) – I probably making something wrong but I can not find what it is. I thank you in advance. Ingrid

Hi Ingrid,
Have you extract the zip file? If you do so, then there shouldnt be any problem with importing the mp3s to your mobile phone.
Regards
