It is possible to clear obstructions in one’s own chakras if we feel tingling or heat in a corresponding finger. This is done by moving the hand in a clockwise motion (clockwise from the viewpoint of someone looking at you) over the relevant chakra. For instance, if you feel a tingling in the left little finger you will know that the left Heart chakra is not completely cleared.

So you can take the right hand and describe a clockwise motion over the heart area on the left hand side of your body (as if stirring a cup of tea vertically with your four fingers). Note that most Sahaja techniques use the right hand, as it represents the hand of action, whilst the left hand represents the hand of desire and is normally held out towards the candle and photograph to channel incoming vibrations.
You can do this for seven or twenty one rotations, or until you feel some benefit. Most people will feel the results of the vibrations on the actual chakra with practice, but don’t worry if not – you may rest assured that it is doing the job in any case! Whilst rotating the hand we can also say the relevant ‘affirmation’ to help re-establish the pure quality of the chakra. If you cannot remember the correct affirmation, then simply say “Mother Kundalini, please clear this centre”, addressing the motherly Kundalini energy within.
OfflineHello
This totally corresponds to the question I just posted!!
Now if I feel a sensation in both left and right fingers,do I use both hands to rotate over the chakra to clear the blockage?
Also, when the feelings in the fingers correspond to the lower chakras, how would I do this motion on them? I am speaking about the root/base chakra and sacrum chakra. How would I do it?
With both lower chakras and especially the root/base chakra, would I need to stand to do this clearing, would I do it from the front of my body or the back of my body? Please explain and help me with this
I eagerly await a response.
With much heart,
Caroline
OfflineDear Caroline,
Almost correct :). You keep your left hand open, since the left side is the side of deside, by keeping it open on your lap you express your desire to work with universal energy that flows through everything. You do the circular movement always with your right hand (the right side is the side of action), no matter whether you are working on right or left aspects of the chakras.
To work on the two lower chakras you don’t really need to have yur hand right at the chakra, as long as you kind of point in that direction, it will work. You could do it standing up if you find it more comfortable. Usually we work on ourselves from the front – it’s a bit awkward to work from the back, and you have to make sure you are moving it in the proper direction, so I’d suggest just working from the front.
Talk to you later!

Thank you Mar`yana!
I have just worked on the area of my sacrum in the manner that you instructed me and it felt very natural, not at all uncomfortable!
For some reason I have issues in that chakra. I think more work, reading and understanding needs to be done to fully clear whatever it is that is causing me these problems.
Just to let you know, I did the clearing 21 times and I felt many different sensations in the area! so I figure it was working!!
Thank you so much for your guidance on this
With much heart and yes will talk to you later!

Offlinehi, is there any video which describes these hand movements. its not very clear. we need move our right hand in clock wise direction, but need to movefingers or whole hand. could you please elaborate little more. do we need to touch the body position.
Also i have completed the course and doing meditation from meditation room. But I feel hot sensations and tingling in all my fingers and center of hand. is there any sequence I should follow. Also, even if tingling doesnot imporve, shall I move to next chakra. or continue doing medittaion of that chakra. is there any guided medattion which helps clearing all the chakra. which mediation I should follow daily till the time tingling and hot sensations in my fingers doesnot improve.
OfflineDear Sonal,
sorry I’ve missed your previous question in this topic – didn’t see it till now…
No, we don’t have a video about how to do it – it’s really nothincomplicated, but it’s a bit difficult to describe in writing. Have you perhaps checked whether there is a sahaja yoga class in your city where you could go and see how to do this?
It doesn’t really matter whether you move just the figers or the whole hand – different people do it defferently, depending on what is easier for them, it works both ways. You don’t need to touch the body, though nothing bad will happen if you do touch it. This technique though doesn’t make that much sense if you feel tingling everywhere, for by the time you clear out all chakras you will be dead tired, no point meditating then. It makes more sense to use it if you feel only one or two catches which you can clear.
Instead, try doing footsoak technique morning and evening before meditation, after about a week or two of doing this every day, the vibrations should definitely become clearer. Here is how to do this: http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..soaking-1/
Also, try using techniques for balancing the whole left channel (right hand on the ground, left hand open on your lap or towards the candle), and then for the right channel (right hand on your lap, left hand towards the sky with the palm facing backwards).
If you are feeling tingling everywhere, it might be that you are doing some practices based on false knowledge (following false gurus techniques, or something like that). Try stoppind that for some time if you are doing it, and see if it clears out with footsoak.
Hope this helps, and please ask more questions if something is not clear.
Sincerely,
Mar’yana
Hi sonal,
First, it is wonderful to hear you have been diligent with footsoaking and meditation.
You mentioned previously that you feel tingling in the centres of your palms. This could be the answer to why you are still feeling tingling and heat all over.
Tingling in the centres of the palms indicate a “catch” in the last chakra, the Sahastrara chakra. Such a catch normally means the person doubts that they can achieve Self Realization, or doubts that there is an All-Pervading Power which created everything and is evolving us and guiding us. If the Sahastrara is catching, all of our chakras and channels catch as a result.
It sounds like you may be having difficulties with surrendering. To surrender is to recognize that we ourselves cannot do anything to achieve Kundalini awakening and Self Realization, not even the cleansing of our chakras. Even if we soak our feet and practise different techniques, it is all by the grace of the Mother Kundalini that any results take place. We cannot even make a flower bloom or a seed sprout, nor can we make our own hearts beat. Kundalini awakening is exactly like the beating of the heart, the sprouting of a seed and the blooming of a flower — we cannot do anything about it. All we can do is get out of the way, and surrender to it.
Let us know if indeed you are having doubts inside, and we can help you with them.
Best wishes,
Joanne
