Hi my name is Quiana Davis and I have been doing sahaja meditation for about a month now. I was wondering if it was ok for me to feel a tingling sensation in my head while I am meditating. I’m still learning and have actually tried one of the free meditation classes in my area and plan to continue to go also. Thanks alot to the people that put this website together because of you I am blossoming ;)
The tingling is a sign that there are some obstructions in your system, which your Motherly energy is trying to clear out while you are in meditation.
It is quite normal to feel tingling at the beginning, with time though, if you meditate daily, the tingling should disappear. So, if you have been meditating daily and the tingling is still there, you might want to consider helping your Kundalini energy by adding the footsoak clearing technique to your evening or morning meditation: http://www.onlinemeditation.or…..soaking-1/
