Meditation can help with emotional as well as physical problems. For example as you continue to meditate, you may find that your confidence improves, and your ability to communicate with others improves. For now you don’t need to do anything specific, just try to follow the online course and try to meditate daily. As you become more balanced and the chakras become stronger, a lot of these problems work out gradually on their own.
