Good day:

I am new to this site, and would like to know how long should I listen to each of the meditation in the course? What I mean is how many days should I listen to each one? eg. Meditation 1: should I listen to it for 2 days or one day and then move on to the others? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
The way that I am using this site, is listening and practicing each class for one week; I believe that the silence and the truth will be reached by stability and understanding of each class and may happen in each class; so it doesn’t need to be inhigher class to be in higher level !? this is my belif.
but I am not using this website for long time too. and any answer to this question is useful for me too.
Good luck,
Sanaz

Hello Dezaire,

Welcome to the site! You can go entirely at your own pace with the classes. A lot of people do it the way Sanaz has suggested and listen to one class for each week – or even if they don’t listen to the class each day for a week, you could listen to it one or two days and use the theme of the class to guide your own meditation for the rest of the week. This seems to be a good pace.

You could try listening to one each day and see how it goes for you but it might feel rushed. What Sanaz says is also true, that going through the classes quickly will not bring you a deeper meditation quicker. The main point is to try to reach a state of mental silence with each meditation.

Enjoy! Let us know if you have any other questions as you go along.

Sarah

I got my question answered without even asking.
You guys are doing a great job here. Keep it up.

I would have gone for the real sahaja yoga course but i left it since its a 7 hour journey for me from kochi to kannur. But after doing the meditations in this site , i have decided i will go.

Keep up guys and thanks a million. I am a shamballa level one healer and i too believe money should not be a block in spirituality from my master
