How long have you been doing Sahaja yoga meditation? Are you doing our online course? Have you tried footsoak technique?

Yes, it makes sense – once the attention is on Sahastrara, the Kundalini is trying to remove the imbalances, and that particular inbalance does not want to leave, hence the twitching.
Regular meditation, daily footsoak some candling and attendance of the local meeting should help your friend, but the most important thing is the sincerity and humility in relation to oneself and to the motherly energy within.
