Thank you for all the videos you have sent so far. I practice twice a day but I dont feel any cool breeze. Only my feet and fingers tingle and my back aches sometimes. I have faith in my mother and cant wait for her to rise. Can you help me because I dont feel any of my chakras opening too? I dream alot, and once I saw a white mist above my head just as I was about to wake. I have seen myself sitting and gazing into a pool of dark matter. I have also seen a large doorway of light and everytime I tried to walk towards it the guide closed it. What do you suggest at this point?
maybe the reason why you cant feel the cool breeze is because you’re too focused on the anticipation of feeling it… with this meditation, you need to clear your head and bring all your focus to your palm, and maybe you’ll feel this breeze, and when it happens, you just notice it, feel it, but don’t focus on it… this may sound harder than it actually is. another reason why you may not feel it is because you’ve just recently got into meditation, and aren’t used to clearing your head (who knows? maybe you’re an experienced meditator). clearing your head takes a bit of practice, and there are many techniques to do it. like focusing on the breath and becoming it, or actually imagining that you dont have a head, and many others. in meditation, you aren’t actually clearing the thoughts and images in your head, but passively watching them with out contemplation. with chakras, there’s many guided meditations, binaural beats, and meditative music to help you open and cleanse the chakras. theres also mantras and vowells you can chant to vibrate and open them. try inhaling and exhaling the sound “UHH” and you will actually feel it vibrate in the base of your spine where the root or muladhara chakra is, the same goes for every other chakra and their vowel… chanting vowells will stimulate the chakra. the mantras will help to open them.
CHAKRAS, VOWELS AND MANTRAS.
1. root chakra or muladhara… vowell: UHH; mantra:LAM (pronounced lang)
2.sacral chakra or svadhisthana… vowell: OOO; mantra: Vam (pronounced vang)
3. navel chakra or manipura… vowell: OHH; mantra: RAM (pronounced rang)
4. heart chakra or anahata…. vowell: AHH; mantra: YAM (pronounced yang)
5. throat chakra or vishuddha…vowell: EYE; mantra: HAM (pronounced hang)
6. third eye chakra or ajna… vowell: AYE; mantra: SHAM (pronounced shang)
7. crown chakra or sahasrara… vowell: EEE; mantra: OM or AUM
about the dream thing… edgar cayce once said that it’s much better to contemplate and try to interpret your own dreams than to have others interpret it for you, because you really know your self better than anyone else knows you… especially a complete stranger. i hope this will be some help.
When the Mother Kundalini reaches the last chakra on the top of the head, pierces it and enlightens the limbic area of the brain, our central nervous system reaches a new dimension in its awareness and we can actually feel our chakras on our fingertips as tingling, buzzing, heat or numbness. The fact that you are feeling tingling on your feet and fingers is a definite sign that your Kundalini is rising and reaching your brain.
If you are not feeling any cool breeze, it would be because there is a blockage in your Vishuddhi Chakra. This chakra which is in the throat area is directly connected to our arms and hands. When this chakra is out of alignment, the nerve endings on our hands are not sensitive enough to the cool breeze which is subtle energy.
What we would suggest at this point is to be very patient with yourself and repeat the class on the Vishuddhi Chakra. Use the affirmation “I am not guilty at all”.
Similarly, not everyone is sensitive to their chakras and simply because you do not feel any sensations on your body, it does not mean they are not “activated”. In fact, there is no such thing as “activation” of our chakras, because all our chakras have always been functioning since we were born. It is a misconception that our chakras were in a dormant state before Self Realization. It is the Mother Kundalini which was in a dormant state before Self Realization. Our chakras are always functioning, but without the Mother Kundalini, it is very difficult to cleanse and bring about balance in our chakras and channels.
It is really wonderful that you are practising twice a day. We would suggest you to relax a bit more and try to let go of your worries, surrender to the experience and give yourself some more time to see the Self Realization unfolding. Sometimes when we worry consciously or unconsciously, our dreams are affected too. If you still have doubts, we would strongly suggest you to attend a local class, explain your situation to an instructor and have them check the state of your subtle system.
With warm wishes.
