Sweetness is one of the qualities of the Vishuddhi chakra. At the level of the throat, the Vishuddhi chakra governs everything related to communication.

For the right Vishuddhi (between neck and right shoulder) we must pay attention to how we use the voice; praising rather than criticising, aspiring to auspiciousness and dignity in speech rather than frivolity. We should never be harsh or sarcastic, ‘witty’ at another’s expense.

Basically you can pray to your own Kundalini to enlighten the quality of sweetness. On the level of right Vishuddhi chakra you can take the following affirmations.

Mother Kundalini, please enlighten the quality of sweetness within me.
Mother Kundalini, let me be a sweet person so that I  see everything in a beautiful way.
Mother, please clear my right Vishuddhi chakra so that sweetness expresses itself in my communication.

Below is the extract from Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi about sweetness:

Another thing which one has to learn…is the sweetness. If you are sweet, you are filled with humour, you do not hurt others, you are not hurt either. You see everything, so beautiful and nice. That’s the quality of Shri Krishna, madhurya. Anything can be done with sweetness. That’s very important.

Now some people might say, “Sometimes you have to get angry and all that.” There is no need for you…You don’t have to. You don’t have to get angry with anyone. You just show your patience, your love, your kindness, your sweetness. That is how the personality of Sahaja Yoga, which is a collective being, is to be built by people who have patience, who are sweet, outwardly, inwardly.
