As taught by Shri Mataji and many great Realized Souls such as Adi Shankaracharya and Gautama Buddha, the “reality” which we live is the direct reflection/manifestation of what is within us.  While thoughts and emotions certainly influence this “reality”, they are still one step away from our subtlest aspect, our roots:

The reality which we live is the direct reflection of who we are as vibrational beings

Through Kundalini Awakening, as soon as we begin to feel on our fingertips – our central nervous system – our own vibrations, we are truly on our way to untying the knots within.

The Mother Kundalini, who is an ever forgiving, cleansing and nourishing living force within each one of us, gently untangles and melts away our tensions, and purifies us at the subtlest level.

The key is to be patient with ourselves, ask the Mother Kundalini for her help and surrender to her in our meditation.

Try experimenting with this in your meditation.

    Ask yourself:

  • What are the things which upset me?
  • What are the things which bind my heart?
  • What do I dislike about myself?
  • Then, in meditation, offer them to your Mother Kundalini.  For example:
  • Mother Kundalini, please cleanse all of my feelings of frustration related to…
  • Mother Kundalini, please cleanse all of the tension in my heart…
  • Mother Kundalini, please cleanse all of my feelings of guilt…

Try to repeat this exercise daily for sometime.  You can also keep a journal of your conversations with your Mother Kundalini.  When you look back after sometime, you may discover that many knots have been dissolved away spontaneously, without mental analysis and effort, simply due to your surrendering them to your Mother Kundalini.
