How are you i am wondering that if you do have the third part of 1.calming the mind and attention and 2.meditating with the heart.
i have this two part but i do not have the third part. If you do have could you please send me the link that i can download.
And i have a question i went to sahaja yoga place in Turkey few months ago. Once i felt cold breeze in my top head but i dont feel again right now i do live in a farm far away to istanbul to sahaja place i am doing my exercises with your guided meditation. The first and the second class is perfect with feeling heart and watching my breath with mother earth with touching ground but on the third class i can not jump fourth because i do not feel cold breeze coming on my top head.My head is to concur (to tally) at agnya chakra i am repeating that i forgive mantra but can not reach to sahasrara and can not feel cold breeze.
What shall i do?

Collective meditations bring our awareness higher and help us feel the vibrations much easier. If you can dedicate some time for attending the Sahaj Center lets say twice a month as a start, it will give you a nice start. Online meditation course can give you a glimpse of Sahaja Yoga. Our Kundalini needs collective meditations so that she can easily rise and enjoy the oneness.

At some point we all need collective meditations. There had been times that I couldnt feel the vibrations in my hands. But I always find love and good attention from the Sahaja Yogis and this helped a lot. They worked on my chakras and gave vibrations. When you are on your own trying to meditate all the time, you can feel the thoughtless awareness and even the vibrations, but it is like having the same meal every day.
