Guided Meditation – Agnya chakra

Sit up right and relaxed cross legged on the floor. If you choose to sit on a chair, place the feet a little apart without shoes. Rest your hands palms open and upward on your lap.

Affirmation for Agnya chakra

Place the right hand on your forehead across as shown and repeat the following affirmation for several times:

“Mother, I forgive everyone including myself”

Repeat the following mantras 3 times each

I surrender to my enlightened awareness:
Buddham Sharanam Gachami

I surrender to virtues conduct:
Dharmam Sharanam Gachami

I surrender to the enlightened consciousness:
Sangham Sharanam Gachami
