Sit upright and relaxed, cross-legged, on the floor. If you choose to sit on a chair, place your feet a little apart from each other, without shoes. Rest your hands palms open and upward on your lap.
Place the right hand on your heart and repeat the following affirmation for 12 times:
“Mother, I am the Spirit”
Through deep and relaxed breathing, the air element can help relief tensions at the heart level.
