Sit upright and relaxed, cross-legged, on the floor. If you choose to sit on a chair, place your feet a little apart from each other, without shoes. Rest your hands palms open and upward on your lap.

Affirmation for Vishuddhi chakra

Place the right hand on the left between the shoulder and the neck as shown and repeat the following affirmation for 16 times:

“Mother, I am not guilty at all”

Watching the open blue sky will also help clearing this chakra. Look at it often.
